Returns & Refunds policy

At DHaze Studio, we aim to provide a professional and satisfying experience for all clients. Please review our return and refund policy below:

1. Deposits

• All session bookings require a non-refundable deposit of 50% to secure your time slot. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of the session.

• Deposits are non-refundable, except in cases where the studio is unable to fulfill the booking due to internal issues (e.g., equipment malfunction, scheduling error on the studio’s part).

2. Cancellations

• Clients must provide at least a 48-hour notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

• If a session is canceled or rescheduled with proper notice, the deposit can be transferred to a future session.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time will forfeit the deposit. No refund or transfer of funds will be granted.

3. Missed Sessions

• If a client does not show up for a scheduled session without prior notice, the deposit is forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

• Missed sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.

4. Refunds on Completed Services

• Due to the nature of creative services, refunds are not provided once a recording, mixing, or mastering session is completed.

• If the client is unsatisfied with the final product, DHaze Studio will work with the client on reasonable revisions to meet expectations. However, no refund will be given after services have been delivered.

5. Equipment Failure or Studio Issues

• In the rare event of equipment failure or a situation that prevents the session from being completed on the studio’s end, clients will be offered a rescheduled session or a refund of the deposit for the affected session.

6. Revisions

• Mixing and mastering services include 3 revisions (as outlined in the service agreement). Additional revisions beyond this may incur extra charges.

• Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction after the agreed-upon revisions have been completed.
